Re: Ramadan
Ramadan Mubarak to everyone from me too =)
Hm... We went to Asda and bought a whole load of junk food which is not good because there's no way I can finish it all before Saturday.
I'll just ask mum to hide everything from me =D

Re: Ramadan
My Dad keeps making porridge and cutting fruit but I don't feel like eating loads that early. the first day I had bisucits and milk like a 3 year old cus there was nothing to eat as we have no kitchen at the moment :S
Then ths morning I just had cornflakes and I was SO tired I didn't even pray, normally I pray every day but I was just so knackered!!!

Re: Ramadan
For some reason this year i have hardly been eating at Suhoor time.... and then during the day i am not hungry one bit ... at ALL, but i get extremely Thirsty!!
And at Iftar i always just eat a few bites, and then i am so Full! So it is really weird for me... the past years of Fasting in Ramadan have been SO hard for me, but this year it is a little bit easier, Al7amdulillah. I used to eat SO much.. i used to go really mad about food, and just eat to the MAXIMUM! haha.
I heard if you eat two Spoons full of Honey in the morning at Suhoor, you will not be so hungry during the day. And then for the Being thirsty thing.. I just drink loads of water, keep away from Salty foods, and oily foods. It is great! Also after Iftar.. you should exercise to make sure you dont gain any weight during Ramadan, because when you think about it, you eat so much at night, and then dont move because your so exhausted. lol. So try and get to moving around!
