The Story of Rayan

Rayan is three years old. Recently Rayan was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
(ALL), a form of blood cancer. He is now in desperate need of a bone marrow transplant to save his life.  Time is running out to find a donor.

How you can help:
You can help my joining the bone marrow donor register and taking a simple bone marrow compatibility test. The test is a simple saliva test and is free, painless and takes 30 seconds.

Gender and blood type is irrelevant in finding a match but South Asian ethnicity (Pakistani, Indian, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan etc) is very important, due to the under-representation of South Asians on the national donor registry.

What you can do:
Please take five minutes to register online on the Anthony Nolan Trust website and requesting a saliva testing kit. You can also order up to 50 application packs for distribution among friends, family and colleagues.
